Procedure for Collection of applications


Application once received at Gerry’s office from the Embassy/High Commission/Consulate after processing can be collected personally or through a representative.

Personal collection of applications


Applications for following Embassies are to be collected personally by the applicant and will not be handed over to a third party or representative of the applicant.


• Embassy of Denmark


• Embassy of Italy (visas applications only)


• Embassy of Sweden


Application can be collected personally by the applicant upon providing the following


1. Gerry’s Original CN slip


2. CNIC copy of the applicant

Collection of applications on authority letter


Applications for the following Embassies/High Commissions can be collected by a representative of the applicant on an authority letter from the applicant.


Embassy of Belgium


Canadian High Commission


Italian Consulate, Karachi


High Commission of India


Kenya High Commission


High Commission of Malaysia


Embassy of Norway


Embassy of Switzerland


Ministry of Foreign Affairs


Higher Education Commission of Pakistan


The representative will have to produce the following documents


1. Gerry’s Original CN slip


2. CNIC copy of the applicant


3. Authority letter in the name of representative with the same signatures as on applicant’s CNIC


4. CNIC copy of the representative.

Loss of Gerry’s CN Slip


In case the original receipt/CN Slip is lost by the applicant, an affidavit on stamp paper, duly attested by notary public office/oath commissioner, is to be provided mentioning the loss of the slip and a statement that once application is received from Gerry’s office, will not be claimed again in future even if the original receipt is retrieved some how.


For collection of applications of Italian Embassy, if the receipt is lost, in addition to the affidavit on stamp paper, the applicant will have to provide an FIR as well from the concerned police station.
