Visa Drop Box accepts the applications for the following categories of French Visas:

1. Business
2. Family-Visit
3. Parents
4. Scholars
5. Students
6. Student Wives
7. Tourism
8. Transit
9. VTA

The processing time for all above categories is 40 days. The maximum duration of stay is 90 days.

Medical Urgencies: Application intended to travel to France for seeking a medical treatment are directly dealt by the Embassy. Applicants should contact The Embassy of France for an appointment on visas.islamabad-amba@diplomatie.fr

Student: All students on scholarships from HEC or any institute in France should go directly to the Embassy months. They should take prior appointment on visas.islamabad-amba@diplomatie.fr

Employment: Employment visas are directly handled by the embassy (the procedure has to be started by the employer in France).

Diplomatic & Official Passports: Holders of diplomatic and official passports can submit their application at French Embassy directly (the only required documents is a Note Verbal from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs). the applications are accepted without appointment from Monday to Thursday. between 1400-1600 Hrs/

Long stay visas applicants / Family Reunion: Family reunion applications/ applicants married to a French national should submit their applications directly to the French embassy with prior appointments visas.islamabad-amba@diplomatie.fr

Holder of Resident Card Holder : People residing in France and would like to apply for a new Resident Card (when it is lost or expired) should submit their Visa applications directly to the French embassy with prior appointments visas.islamabad-amba@diplomatie.fr
