Attestation of Educational Documents (Bachelors and above levels) from HEC:
Gerry's International offers handling services for attestation of documents (Bachelors and above levels) from Higher Education Commission of Pakistan (HEC) for applicants living abroad.
Applicants can avail this service by sending the documents through any courier e-g FedEx, DHL, TNT or Postal services to Gerry's International at following address:

Following is the procedure and requirements for attestation of documents from HEC for applicants within Pakistan and abroad:
- Register your application online at http://das.hec.gov.pk/ and take print out of the same
- Attach completely filled in and signed application form
- Attach receipt of payment of processing fee sent through Western Union Money Transfer service
- Attach original Matriculation and Intermediate level certificates (or equivalence certificates e-g A/O level)
- Attach original Transcripts and Degrees for all levels attended from Bachelors till final qualification
- Photocopies of certificates and degrees from Matriculation till the final level attended
- Attach equivalence of HEC in case of Bachelors or above degree from abroad
- Copy of National I.D. Card/passport of the applicant
- In case a degree has not been issued and the applicant wants to have only the Transcript attested, a
verification letter from the Controller of Examination of the concerned University (This would be applicable to the students who passed their degree/program during the last 3 years)
Note: Original Degrees/Transcripts are attested prior to the attestation of photocopies. Fake degrees and/or higher degrees obtained on the basis of fake degrees/certificate are confiscated.

Attestation of Original Certificate/Degree. . . . . PKR 500 per Document
Attestation of copy of Certificate/Degree. . . . . PKR 300 per Document
Gerry's & FedEx Charges
Gerry's handling charges. . . . . PKR 200 per application
FedEx return charges. . . . . . . PKR 2000 per packet
Modes of Payment
Payment for attestation and handling services can be made through any of the following methods.
1. Western Union Money Transfer Services (Recommended for fast processing): All the amount (HEC + Gerry's & FedEx Charges) can be sent through Western Union Money Transfer services in the name of Mr. Assad Hussain NIC# 61101-8493533-5 at Gerry's International Islamabad.
2. Bank Draft: The amount can also be sent in the form of a Bank Draft. Before making the Bank Drafts, please ensure that bank drafts are:
a. In the name of Gerry's International (Pvt) Ltd
b. In Pak Rupees
c. Drawn from a BANK with direct operations in Pakistan (preferably a Pakistani bank).
d. Drafts drawn by third party banks or MONEY EXCHANGE COMPANIES will not be considered valid.
Please make sure that payment proof is attached along with the documents being sent to Gerry's office.
