applicants are allowed to make a retrieval requests to
comply with their other traveling commitments. The applicant
should submit a written retrieval request. The visa processing
will immediately be stopped and the application will be
returned with a right for re-submission. |

forms should be filled in for all the Visit (White Form)
Business (Yellow Form). All columns in the visa forms
should be filled in irrespective of accompanied documentation.

Old
passports should also be submitted in case the applicants
has traveled to India earlier or applied for visa.
Applications for Student and Tourists visas are not acceptable
at this moment.
First Time Travelers
First time visitor should attach a letter or related documentation.
Applicants should note that the processing time in such cases
could be longer.

Requirements for Applicants seeking visa for Medical Treatment

Evidence
of medical appointments (with Indian Hospital).

copy of medical records.

with Indian hospital.

for Educational, Professional and Business group

Letter
of invitation

of host and sponsors

Detailed
itinerary including places of stay and details
•
Details
of organizers in Pakistan.
Requirements for Family Group
•
The
applicant should be a family (husband, wife, parents, children),
however there is no restriction for the number of applicant
in a group.
•
Applicant
must have same references, destinations /stay details and
mode of transportation.
FOREIGN
NATIONALS
Separate form (Pink Form) should be filled in by foreign nationals,
foreign nationals are encouraged to obtain visas in their
country of residence. However foreign applicants intended
to apply for an Indian visa at Indian High Commission in Pakistan
MUST have a resident document (appropriate visa for a long
stay).
Foreign nationals of Pakistani origins and holding Pakistani
Passports should apply for visas on their Pakistani passports.
Because of the different submission process for Foreign National
IHC stressed that the given instruction should be followed
strictly.
•
All
foreign Nationals are required to fill in Two (02) copies
of the Pink Form + 02 photographs + original passport.
•
The
Forms / passport will be submitted at the IHC.
•
Upon
receiving the instructions from IHC the applicant will be
notified to submit the visa fee and the documents required
by IHC. This requirement is subjected to change anytime in
accordance of Indian Immigration rules and the applicant will
be notified with the instructions from IHC only.
