The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Pakistan is responsible for the attestation for the legality and authenticity of documents such as Nikah Namas, Birth Certificates, Character Certificates, B-Forms, Property Documents and all other major documents required legally within Pakistan and in other countries around the world.

b)	Birth Certificates	Urdu Rs. 5	Issued by Secretary Union Council or Chief Officer or Tehsil Municipal Officer or Executive Officer of Cant Board.
c)	"B" Form	Urdu Rs. 5	Issued by NADRA or old "B" Form having the stamp of District Registration Officer.
d)	Character Certificate	Rs . 5	Issued by District Police Officer.
e)	Medical Certificate	Rs . 5	Issued or countersigned by Medical Superintendent of any Govt. Hospital.
f)	Death Certificate	Urdu Rs. 5	Issued by Secretary Union Council along with ID card Cancellation certificate issued from NADARA or the concerned registration office.
g)	Divorce Certificate	Urdu Rs. 5	Divorce certificate should be issued by Chairman Arbitration Council of the Area of the Court judgment regarding dissolution of marriage should be presented for attestation.
h)	Unmarried Certificate	Rs . 10.00 affidavit Rs. 5 on Union Council Certificate.	Affidavit from Parents and an unmarried certificate from Secretary/Nazim Union Council should be attached with the affidavit.
i )	ID card Cancellation Form.	Urdu Rs. 5	Issued by NADRA or District Registration Officer.
j)	Driving License	Rs . 5	Original Driving License has to be presented at the counter along with NOC issued by concerned License Issuing Authority.
k)	School Leaving Certificate	Urdu Rs. 5	School leaving certificate of class I-IX countersigned by District Education Officer and Class X attested by Inter Board Committee of Chairman (IBCC).
l)	Secondary school certificate	Rs . 5	Attested by IBCC.
m)	Higher Secondary School Certificate	Rs . 5	Attested by IBCC.
n)	Diploma of One Year duration and short courses.	Rs . 25	These certificates first have to be attested by National Training Bureau (NTB).
o)	Bachelors and Masters Degree	Rs . 25	Attested by Higher Education Commission (HEC).
p)	Documents of the Doctors (Experience Certificates, PMDC Reg. etc)	Experience Certificates = Rs.5 PMDC = Rs 25	All the documents have first to be attested be the Ministry of Health. The MBBS degree has to be attested by HEC.
q)	Documents of Nurses (Experience Certificates, Nursing Diploma etc).	Experience Certificates = Rs.5 PMDC = Rs 25	All Nursing related documents first have to be by the Ministry of Health.
r)	Succession and Guardianship Certificate.	Rs . 10	Issued by Civil Judge.
s)	Special Power of Attorney from Pakistan to a person Aboard.	Accord to executives. Ex. 1 = Rs 60 2 = Rs. 120 3 = Rs. 180 4 & above RS. 240.	Succession and Guardianship Certificate issued by the Civil Judge. Registered with concerned Sub-Registrar.
t)	Power of Attorney from Aboard to a person in Pakistan.	Same as above
u)	Commercial Documents	Rs . 35	Attested by the concerned Chamber of Commerce and industry.
v)	Translation in different languages of all above mentioned documents.	English = Rs. 25 Arabic = Rs. 50 other languages = Rs. 60.	Attested by Govt. approved Translators.
