2. Original passport.
3. Health insurance, according to Schengen rules.
4. Air ticket reservation.
5. Invitation letter from Portugal.
6. Proof of means of support.
7. For business, letter from the Pakistani company, proof of previous deals with Portuguese companies and letter from Chamber of Commerce.

Family Reunion Visa:

1. Applicant form, with photo, dully filled and signed.
2. Original passport.
3. Birth certificate, medical certificate, Nikah Nama.
4. Character certificate for elder then 16.
5. Health insurance, one month, silver package.
6. Letter of approval from Portuguese authorities.
7. Photocopy of visa of the relatives living in Portugal.
8. Proof of residence conditions (rent agreement, rent receipts).
9. Proof of economic conditions in Portugal (work contact, tax deduction.)

Work Visa:

1. Applicant form, with photo, dully filled and signed.
2. Original passport.
3. Birth certificate, medical certificate, Nikah Nama.
4. Health insurance, one month, silver package.
5. Work contract in Portugal, dully signed, approved by Portuguese Ministry of Labour.
6. Experience letters proving pervious jobs in Pakistan.

Study Visa:

1. Application form, with photo, dully filled and signed.
2. Original passport.
3. Birth certificate, medical certificate, Nikah Nama.
4. Health insurance, one month, silver package.
5. Confirmation of High Studies admission in a Portuguese University.
6. Proof of residence conditions.
7. Proof of economic conditions and / or scholarship.
