Submission Procedure
Personal appearance of the applicant at Gerry’s counters:
Personal appearance of each applicant (irrespective of their age)at Gerry’s counters is mandatory for submission of applications for the following Embassies/High Commissions.
Embassy of Denmark
Embassy of Italy (visas applications only)
Embassy of Sweden
Embassy of Norway
No exceptions other then those referred by the concerned Embassy/High Commission will be
made.
Submission without Personal appearance of the applicant at Gerry’s counters:
Personal appearance of the applicant/s is not mandatory for the submission of application for
the following Embassies/ High Commissions / Consulates
Embassy of Belgium
Canadian High Commission
Italian Consulate, Karachi
High Commission of India
Kenya High Commission
High Commission of Malaysia
Embassy of Switzerland
Ministry of Foreign Affairs
Higher Education Commission of Pakistan
Apart from the above, Legalization applications for the Embassy of Italy can also be submitted
without the physical presence of the applicant at Gerry’s office through a representative with an
authority letter from the applicant.
Submission Days & Timings
Applications are accepted at all Gerry’s offices with following schedule
Monday to Friday
09:00am to 01:00pm
Submission days for Swedish Applications
Applications for Sweden Embassy Islamabad are submitted from Monday to Wednesday only.
Submission of Applications for French Embassy
Submission of applications for Embassy of France would remain closed fortnightly and on last
working day of the month or as advised by the embassy.
Submission of applications for Denmark Embassy
Visa applications for Denmark are accepted at Gerry’s following visa centers only
